Support Log

On the student profile's Support Tab, you will find an area called Support Log.

 

The Support Log is the ideal location to record any notes for a student regarding their learning support, including communications with parents/carers. To add a new entry, click on the cog next to Support Log, enter the appropriate information, then click on Add New to save the entry.

You can also edit any existing entry (e.g. dates or notes) by clicking on the black cog in the Edit column.

The Support Log can be viewed as a report by clicking on the PDF icon next to the white cog. This can be filtered by using the search box beneath each column header to find particular entries.

The report can be downloaded in Word, Excel or PDF format by using the yellow icons at the top right of the screen:
