Why are students not appearing on our registers?

Path: Students Profile > Extended

You may have students who are not appearing on the register, this could be because;

  • The student has no Entry Date on their profile or they have an Entry Date in the future.
  • The student has not been inserted into a Form Group

All of these issues can be resolved by going into the student profile and clicking on the Extended Tab and looking under Core Information..

Alternatively you can use the Group Updater to assign students to forms groups and apply an entry date for multiple students.

The Group Updater can be located in Admin > Students > Group Updater.
