Admin > Personnel > Staff > Staff Profile
You will first of all need to access the staff member's profile and select Change password/roles from under their name. If you wish to change passwords and roles you will need the sysadmin role assigned in order to amend this information.
This will cause a window to pop up allowing you to enter a username and password then assign the user a role. Tick a selection box to assign that role - you are able to assign more than one role (except in the case of the two standalone roles at the bottom).
Click Change to save the ScholarPack user.
Please note: When changing a password you must enter at least 7 characters including one upper case letter and a number.
