Admissions Medicals 

 

What does the report display?

The report displays all admission students' medical details, one table per form and year. The student's first name, surname, year, form, date of birth, gender, condition, emergency action, notes, medicine held and contact information are visible.

How do I filter this report?

Use the drop down boxes to choose a group and form or select All Students and All Forms to view everyone and click Choose.

Once the report is produced simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column. Each column header will have a text entry field allowing you to enter information to filter the data further.How do I export the data?

Only the information displayed on the screen will be exported. To export this data click on the export icon at the top of the page, you can export as a Document, Excel spreadsheet or in PDF format.

Adopted From Care

 

What does this report display?

This report will show those students who have been adopted.  It will list the students together with their year and form.

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current and Future Students (showing all current and future students)
  • select your date range (only students with an entry date within your chosen date range will be shown)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole school.

Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

How do I export this data?

You can export the information in the table in the form of Word, Excel or PDF using the icons in the top right.

  • Names highlighted in red represent the students who are no longer on roll

Confidential Support Log

What does this report display?

This report will show all confidential support log entries made.   It will list details of the entry, any action taken and the review.  

How do you filter this data?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current Students (showing all current students)
  • To show select individual students form the student drop down.

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole

The doctors core information can be found in every student's profile under contacts.

CP Letter

 

What does the report display?

This will generate a letter template with a students core information (name,address, contacts) that can be edited once down loaded to add Child Protection information for record keeping.

How do I filter this report?

Select the student of interest. 

How do I export data? 

You can export the information in the table in the form of Word, Excel or PDF using the icons in the top right.

Disabilities

 

What does the report display?

This section lists children with disabilities. To enter information about a child's disability, you would do so under the support section of that pupil's student profile. Clicking on the Disabilities icon brings up a list of all children in the school and under the Disability column, a record of the disability.

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current Students (showing all current students)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously.To filter this data further each column header will have a text entry field where you can produce results based on your query, for text fields you can enter a string which will return all student relating to that value. If the the field is a integer or a date you are able to enter queries (=) equal to or greater (>) or less than (<).

Doctors

What does this report display?

This report gives a list of students' doctors. If you wish to enter information about a student's doctor, this can be done in their student profile under the contacts section.

  • Forms (all form groups)

First Aid

Reporting > Reports > Support

 What does the report display?

This report shows any first aid data recorded in the Student Profile > Ancillary. Initially you need to select the Group or Form or an individual student.  You will then see a report showing all recorded incidents where First Aid has been required and then recorded by the school.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

  • Click the column headers to sort the data by that column (by alphabetical, numerical or chronological, according to the data). If holding Shift you may apply this function to further columns.
  • Click the Bin icon (above column header) to delete a column.
  • Use the filter box (test entry field below column header) to filter the data using specific criteria in that category. Click into a filter box then hover over it with your mouse for a full list of operators that can be used.

Once 'More Details' is selected you will see a printable version of the recorded first aid incident that can be signed by parents if required.

How do I export this data?

Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):

IEPs

What does the report display?

This section shows a list of all students who have Individual Educational Plans (IEP's) in place. It gives their name, year, form and the dates of any current and previous IEP's that have been in place. 

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current Students (showing all current students)
  • You can also filter by effective dates (All, Current,Past,Future)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole school.

Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.How do I order, remove and filter data?

Learning Support

What does the report display?

This section lists all pupils with a learning support package in place and gives information about the support they receive. Entry of learning support information is done through the student profile. 

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current and Future Students (showing all current and future students)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole school.

Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

Medical

What does the report display?

The Medical report provides the medical alerts for all of the students or a cohort of student by selecting the Academic Year and Form group from the drop down boxes.

The report also provides a summary of the condition, emergency action to be performed, any notes and a contact phone number.

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Future Students (showing all future students)

What does the report display?

This report shows students with paramedical needs. The report gives you the student's first name, surname, year group, form group and paramedical needs.

Review Dates

What does the report display?

This shows a complete list of all students in the school receiving support of any kind. It shows the type of support in the "review type" column and also gives the date when a review of that support is due. The table appears in order of reviews due, so that the review due the soonest is at the top of the table. Review dates which have passed recently are written in red text. 

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current Students (showing all current students)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole school.

Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

To view more information about a review relating to a particular student, click on the relevant line in the "review type" column. The screenshot below illustrates a student's Learning Support Information.

SEN

What does the report display?

This option brings up a list of all students who have an SEN statement. You can generate a report for a particular year or form group.

The "Pscales" column refers to the alternative assessment profile for students who have a SEN statement. If you have changed their assessment profile in accordance with their SEN statement, there should be a tick in this column.  It will also show the type of provision, the number of funded hours and a review date.

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)

SEN Groups

 

What does the report display?

This report creates a document containing information about the SEN pupils within the school.  It will show the % and numbers of SEN pupils in each year group, their attendance data and the number by year with one of the primary SEN descriptors.  It will also show their progress toward assessment targets and progress this academic year.  

SEN Count  This shows the number of students by year group with a specific SEN characteristic.  SEN Percentages This will show the % students by year with a specific SEN characteristic.SEN Attendance This will show the attendance figures for each of the 3 specified groups.SEN Groups This will show the number of students by year with one of the primary SEN descriptors.SEN Assessment This will show number of students as a percentage on track to make their End of Key Stage target.  

It will also show the amount of average progress made by year since the start of the academic year. How do I export this data?

Each table can be exported using the icon shown below.

What does the report display?

This section is only visible to people with HR access. It lists children who are in care, along with some information about their care package. 

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current and Future Students (showing all current and future students)

Vulnerability Indicator

 

What does the report display?

This report allows you to view all those students with identified vulnerabilities as setup in Admin>Students>Vulnerability Indicator.

How do I filter this report?

Select the year/form of interest and you will see a report showing which students have had a vulnerability identified and to what level.  You can also select to see only students with a vulnerability recorded. The meaning of each the colour code is explained below.
