Adopted From Care

What does this report display?

This report will show those students who have post looked after arrangements - Adoption, Special Guardianship Order, Residence Order, or Child Arrangement Order. That data is entered on the student's Extended tab, under Support Information:

How do I order, remove and filter data?

This report produces a table displaying columns relating to the report title. Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column. To edit this report further, use the white text entry field to filter the data (e.g. by student name).

 How do I export this data?

You can export the information in the table in the form of Word, Excel or PDF using the icons in the top right.

 Confidential Support Log

What does this report display?

This report will show all confidential support log entries made on a student profile's Confidential Tab.

 CP Letter (Child Protection)

 

What does the report display?

This report generates a letter template with a student's core information (name, address, contacts) that can be edited once downloaded to add Child Protection information for record keeping.

How do I filter this report?

Select the student of interest from the dropdown, and then the letter is generated for that student, incorporating key data from their student profile. You can then download this letter and edit the content.

You can export the information in the table in the form of Word, Excel or PDF using the icons in the top right.

 Disabilities

 

What does the report display?

This Report lists children who have disabilities recorded on their student profile's Support tab.

The report displays the student's Name, Year, Form and the Disability that applies to them.

 Doctors

What does this report display?

This Report gives a list of student's doctors, with the address and phone number for the medical practice. If you wish to enter information about a student's doctor, this can be done in their student profile under the contacts section. The contact number is usually selected as 10, and the relationship marked as Doctor.

To run the report, select a Group or Form, or click Choose in order to display all Doctor contacts entered on the student profiles.

First Aid

 

 What does the report display?

This Report displays any Accidents or First Aid data recorded on the student profile's Ancillary tab.

To run the report, select a Group or Form, or click Choose in order to display all First Aid incidents in the date range selected.

The Report shows all recorded incidents where First Aid has been required and then recorded by the school. If you click on More Details you will see a printable version of the recorded First Aid incident that can be signed by parents if required.

 IEPs (Individual Education Plans)

What does the report display?

The IEP Report will list all students who have Individual Educational Plans (IEP's) recorded on their student profiles.

An IEP template first needs to be setup on ScholarPack at Admin > Config > IEP Template.

The IEP Template is then available to select and input data on the student profile's Support tab.

The Report will provide student names, their Year, Form and the dates of any current and previous IEP's that have been in place.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

This report will show a table, displaying the student Name, Year, Form and IEP Plan (Plan Effective Date, and the Review Date). Simply click on the column header to order the data or filter a column by entering a name or form into the search box beneath the columnheader. 

Note: You can click on any current or previous IEP plan to view more information about it.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

Learning Support

What does the report display?

This Report lists all pupils with a Learning Support package in place, detailed on the student profile's Support tab.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

This report produces a table displaying student Name, Year, Form, the Problem Encountered, Support Needed, Support Given and the Support Staff associated with them.  Simply click on the column header to order the data or filter the report by entering text in the search box beneath a column header (e.g. student name).

 Medical

What does the report display?

The Medical report provides the medical details entered on the front page of the student profile.

The report provides a summary of the medical condition, emergency action to be performed, any notes and a contact phone number. You may select to include a student photo in the report for each student.

How do I order, remove and filter data? 

The report will be produced as a table, and any medical condition marked as Critial on the student profile will appear in red in this report.  Click on the any column header to re-order the data, enter a search term to filter a column (e.g.student name), and to remove columns click on the bin icon.

Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):

What does the report display?

This Report shows students with paramedical needs recorded on their student profile's Support tab.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

This report will produce a table detailing the Paramedical Needs recorded for students.  Simply click on the column header to order the data, enter a search term in the box beneath a column header to filter (e.g. paramedical need or student name), or select the bin icon to remove the column.

Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):.

Review Dates

What does the report display?

This Report shows a list of students in the school receiving support of any kind (SEN, IEP or Learning Support) with a Review Date recorded on their relevant student profile Support tab entry. It shows the Type of Support in the Review Type column and also gives the Date when a Review of that support is due. The table appears in order of Reviews due, so that the Review due the soonest is at the top of the table. The report shows entries for the current academic year.

Note: this report is not sortable. The rows in each category are ordered by Review Date. Review dates which have passed recently are written in red text.

SEN

What does the report display?

This Report lists all students who have a SEN provision entered on their student profile's Support tab.

mceclip4.pngThe Report displays the student Name, Year and Form, Aspects, SEN Provision, Primary and Secondary SEN Needs, SEN Codes, P Scales, Notes, Funded Hours, Date Entered and Review Date. 

 

There is the option to include students with SEN Provision of N in this report. If selected, the report will include those with 'No Special Educational Need' entered on the Support tab for monitoring purposes.

SEN Groups

 

What does the report display?

This Report creates graphical displays of information about the SEN pupils within the school.  It will show the Percentage and Numbers of SEN pupils in each year group, their attendance data and the number by year with one of the primary SEN descriptors.  It will also show their progress toward assessment targets and progress this academic year.  

SEN Count  This shows the number of SEN students by year group with a specific characteristic (SEN Support, EHCP, Pupil Premium and Summer Born).  SEN Percentages This will show the % students by year with a specific SEN characteristic.SEN Attendance This will show the Attendance percentages for each of three specified groups (SEN, Non SEN, SEN & Pupil Premium combined)SEN Groups This will show the number of students by year group with one of the Primary SEN Need descriptors.SEN Assessment This will show number of students as a percentage on track to make their End of Key Stage target.

 

It will also show the amount of average progress made by year since the start of the academic year. How do I export this data?

Each table can be exported using the icon shown below.

Click on the horizonal lines in order to down load the graph to a range of graphical formats

SEN Statements

 

What does the report display?

This Report will display students with a SEN Education Health Care Plan, or EHCP, (previously called Statements), along with Review dates if entered on the student profile's Support tab.

The report will be produced as a table.  All column headers can be ordered; simply click on the column header. To remove column data you will see a a bin icon in the column header to enable this.

Students in Care

What does the report display?

This Report lists children who are In Care or have relevant data entered on their student profile Confidential tab (only visible to those with CPO or Child Protetion Officer user role).  Information is included about their Care Authority,  whether they are In Care at this school, if they have a Personal Education Plan, are on the Protection Register, their Registered LA and the In Care Type.

Vulnerability Indicator

 

What does the report display?

This report allows you to view all those students with identified vulnerabilities as set up in Admin > Students > Vulnerability Indicator.

How do I filter this report?

Select the Year or Form of interest, and you can also indicate for the report to only show students with a recorded Vulnerability. The meaning of each colour code is displayed once you Click for Definitions (a table will pop up).
