1. All Conduct Referral

What does the report display?

The report gives information on any students who have had either a positive or negative referral.   

How do I filter this report ?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current students (showing all current students)
  • Search by the last 30 days by default or as selected.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

This report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title. Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column. To edit this report further, use the white text entry field to filter the data; a new function is that you can now double sort the columns.How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

Additional information

Please note: Clicking on the student's name will take you to their individual profile. Names which are highlighted in red represent the students who are no longer on roll. The star on the report identifies a favorite report. Click the star to toggle yes or no.

2. Detentions By Student

This tabular report enables you to view a list of students that have been given a detention this academic year. It gives the pupil's name, form, the number of detentions assigned and it gives you the option to view more details. 

You are able to report on current, former and future students.

If you click onto the child's surname the link will take you directly to that child's Conduct page in their personal profile.Going back to the report, clicking on More Details you will get additional information on the detention.To print off either table, click on the Word, PDF or Excel icon on the top right of the screen.

3. Detentions by Teacher

What does the report display?

This report produces a list of teachers who have given stay backs to students. There is also a more details section which displays the reason the student has been given a stay back.

How do I filter this report?

When you access this report you will have the following filters; year, form, dynamic and static groups and the option to include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll). Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

How do I order, filter, and remove data?

The report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title.  Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column.

To filter this data further, each column header will have a text entry field where you can produce data only relating to that value.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

4. Effort and Attainment

 

What does the report display?

This report displays all of the effort and attainment grades for each pupil which can be printed, sent home and signed by parents to acknowledge the receipt of the information.

The initial effort and attainment settings are configured in Admin under Config. Once the definitions and boundaries have been set up, the awarding of the effort and attainment levels is carried out in My Subjects in Effort and Attainment.

The first step is to select the reporting time period and year group. Once selected click Choose. Each student's effort and attainment in each subject will be displayed.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document.  You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

5. Exclusions

 

What does the report display?

This report produces a list of exclusions each student has had between the current date and the start of the school year. The report will reflect the reasons why a student has had an exclusion. All exclusions are input through the student's profile under the conduct tab.

How do I filter this report?

6. Extended Effort and Attainment

What does the report display?

This report displays all the effort and attainment grades in addition to the form teacher's comments for each pupil, which can be printed, sent home and signed by parents to acknowledge the receipt of the information. The initial effort and attainment settings are set up in Admin under Config. Once the definitions and boundaries have been set up, the awarding of the effort and attainment levels is carried out in My Subjects in Effort and Attainment.

The first step is to select the reporting window and year group in question. Once selected click Choose. Each student's effort and attainment in each subject will be displayed along with their form teacher's comments.

7. Homework Alerts

What does the report display?

Teachers can enter homework alerts through the Mark Book. The homework alerts report shows you a summary of all homework alerts given.

8. Housepoints

What does the report display?

This report displays a pie chart and a line graph showing the number of gold stars given to each house. You are also able to view the housepoints awarded to each student.  You also have the ability to award housepoints to a house.

9. Incidents

 

What does the report display?

This option provides a summary of all incidents recorded on ScholarPack. The types of incident are set up by the school in Incident Settings. The incident type column is sortable and can be printed in either Word, Excel or PDF.  Click on "show graphs" to view a graph and pie chart of incidents that have occurred this year.

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Date range allows you to select specific dates
  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • Show current students (showing all current students)

Note: the Group and Form filters may be applied simultaneously. Leave filters blank to select whole school.

Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

How do I order, remove and filter data?

  • Click the column headers to sort the data by that column (by alphabetical, numerical or chronological, according to the data). If holding Shift you may apply this function to further columns.
  • Click the Bin icon (above column header) to delete a column.
  • Use the filter box (text entry field below column header) to filter the data using specific criteria in that category. Click into a filter box then hover over it with your mouse for a full list of operators that can be used.

How do I export this data?

Exporting your data allows you to print, save, or further edit the information on screen. To do so, click this icon (in the top-right corner):

 

The View Graph option will display all recorded incidents within the date range specified.

To view print options, click on the three lines at the top right of the graphical image.

 

Additional information

  • Clicking on the student's name takes you to their student profile
  • Names highlighted in red represent the students who are no longer on roll

10. Merits

 

What does the report display?

Merits are a reward system similar to house points and awarded through rewards in My Subjects, however they are awarded to an individual rather than to a particular house. A pie chart is produced summarising merits awarded by year and form. 

To view a report, choose the year and form you wish to view from the drop-down boxes. If you wish to only view a year leave form blank or for the whole school leave both boxes blank. Select a date range and click Choose. You will now see a Venn diagram displaying the merits from the data period and also a table with the student's name and the number of merits they have received this year.

How do I order, filter and remove data?

The report will be produced in a tabular format showing columns relating to the report title. Simply click on the column header to order the data or select the bin icon to remove the column.

To filter this data further, each column header will have a text entry field where you can produce results based on your query, for text fields you can enter a string which will return all student relating to that value. If the the field is a integer or a date range you are able to enter the queries, equal to (=), greater than (>), or less than (<).

Click on more details to get a breakdown of a student's individual merits.

11. Minuses

What does the report display?

The Minuses report gives a summary of minuses that have been deducted from students. A pie chart summarises the minuses by Year and Form.





To produce a report choose the year and form you wish to view from the drop-down boxes. Leave form blank to view a whole year and leave both boxes blank to view the whole school.

You can view last years minuses by clicking on the button at the top left of the screen.

The report will be produced in a tabular format displaying columns relating to the report title.  All column headers can be ordered; simply click on the column header. To remove column data you will see a a bin icon in the column header to enable this.

If the the field is a integer or a date range you are able to enter the queries (=) equal to or greater (>) or less than (<).

Click on more details next to a students name to get a breakdown on that students minuses.

12. Positive Referral

What does the report display?

The positive referral report page shows a list of the positive referrals that students have been awarded since the start of the year. The report shows the date that the merit was awarded, and also the reason for the award. Positive referrals are entered through the My Subject tab or the student profile.

Click more details next to the referral you are interested in to see more information about it.

How do I filter this data?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current Students (showing all current students)
  • select your date range (only students with an entry date within your chosen date range will be shown)
  • select the date until.  It will show from the start of the academic year until the date selected
  • select the date from.  This will show from the date selected until the current date
  • select show last.  This will show information collected over the days specified.

13. Progress Reports

What does the report display?

This report shows you the progress the students have made so far in the current academic year. The report displays the data per student, giving you a breakdown of all the individual student's attendance i.e,  possible sessions, sessions missed, unauthorised absent sessions and authorised absent sessions.

Whilst also showing their attendance for the current academic year, the report also displays each student's current marks for all the core subjects (reading, writing, mathematics), their current targets, their starting mark for the year and their current mark - with any comments provided by subject tutors.

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document.  You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

14. Referral

 

What does the report display?

The negative referral report shows a list of the negative referrals that students have been given since the start of the year. The list shows the date that the referral was given, and also the reason. Negative referrals are entered through the My Subject tab or the student profile.

15. Special Tracking Graphical

 

What does the report display?

This report will show analysis of the data recorded using the Special Tracking Items application.  It will show data in both bar chart or pie chart form and based on a variety criteria.  

How do I filter this report?

The filters available when running this report are:

  • Group (this includes Year groups, Key Stages, and all your Dynamic and Static groups) 
  • Forms (all form groups)
  • option to Include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll)
  • option to Show only future students (showing all students with a future start date)
  • option to Show Current and Future Students (showing all current and future students)
  • select your date range 
  • select individual students

The information produced will then be as shown below:

Total Points Per DayThis graph shows the daily record of special items recorded.  It will show either the individual red/amber/green record for each day (by colour) or by using the value of 3 for red, 2 for amber and 1 for green, a points total for each day (by points).  You can remove items from the graph by clicking on the red, amber and green item in the key. 

By SubjectFor this table you can select By Points/Colour as before but you can also see the data in the form of a pie chart by selecting % Colour or % Points.In this example, events recorded during the computing lessons accounted for 58.3% of the total points awarded. 

This format is repeated for the targets set, each teacher and each period.

How do I export this data?

Each graph can be exported in the form of PNG, JPEGF, PDF or SVG using the bar icon.

16. Special Tracking Individual

 

What does the report display?

This report shows individual records for special tracking items that have been previously set against a particular student. The report gives you a breakdown of your current week Monday to Friday. By changing the date range you can track data from previous weeks. 

Inside the table, underneath the headings for the days of the current chosen week, you will be able to see the data recorded against the student. It starts with the subject identifier i.e. MAT for Mathematics, etc. Next to it should be a solid, coloured circle. There will be three options that would have been recorded against the student: red for not meeting the set targets, orange for in between meeting and not meeting and green for meeting the set target.

How do I filter this data?

This report allows you to filter the data by year, form and date range.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

17. Special Tracking Multiple

 

This allows you to see a report for a year/form of students and see how they have been tracked in relation to special items. Initially, selected the Year and Form: You will then be presented with a report for the entire year/form group together with their performance in each subject over the course of the day or in each period. To see any notes for each of the reports click on the coloured circle by each subject:

18. Standards Monitor

What does the report display?

This report lists the school's chosen standard(s) and notes all pupils that are being watched for standards with the word watching. The school sets up the standards they are concerned with and wish to monitor in the Admin under Config.

To change from a green flag (satisfactory) to watching, click on the green flag and vice versa.

You can also set the watching flags through My Subjects.

What does the report display?

This report lists the school's chosen standard(s) and notes all pupils that are being watched for standards with the word watching. The school sets up the standards they are concerned with and wish to monitor in the Admin under Config.

To change from a green flag (satisfactory) to watching, click on the green flag and vice versa.

You can also set the watching flags through My Subjects.

How do I filter this report?

19. Standards Monitor Count

What does the report display?

The report displays the number of days and occurrences that a student has been watched in each standard you have set up through Admin > Config. All data relating to conduct can be input through the student's profile in the conduct section.

How do I filter this report?

When you access this report you will have to choose a date range, by default your date range will be from the start of term until the present day. You will also have the following filters; year, form, dynamic and static groups and the option to include former students (by default the report will only show students who are on roll). Click Choose to produce your report based on these filters.

How do I export this data?

The information displayed can be exported as either a Word, Excel or PDF document. You can also display the report as either landscape or portrait.

20. Subject Grades

 

Please be aware the pastoral reporting area is currently under redevelopment and will be unavailable until the beginning of the next academic year.

Availability will remain open for existing report users.

Path: Reporting > Report Panel > Conduct > Subject Grades

Subject Grades are set up as part of configuring the academic reports in Report Setup. Once set up you can record in the students academic report the exam grade achieved. The report is a table showing all the grades awarded to date for each year group.

Firstly, select the reporting period in question and year group. 



You will then be presented with a table showing the students in the year with any recorded exam grades.

21. Tracked Students

This is a report which summarises students who are being monitored.  A student is marked as being tracked/monitored through their Student Profile > Conduct.  For those members of staff with SMT access, the resulting table will show all students being tracked:

whilst those staff with teacher access will only see those students who they are tracking/monitoring.
