Question: I have made changes in ScholarPack but they are not yet showing - how can I fix this?
Answer: Some changes need a reset to appear fully in searches. Simply hit the home button then click on the word "Dashboard" to refresh your ScholarPack.
An example of the above can be when a former student is moved back to on-roll, CTF sorted, enrollment date is today and they do not show in the search. The above steps will rectify their apperance in the search.
