If the student has the appropriate data on their profile (e.g. a SEN Provision) and ought to appear in the report, check the Admissions area on ScholarPack. If they are new to the school they may not have their Admisssion Status set to Enrolled but still as Admissions, which means they will not pull through to reports even with a current start date. You can fix this in the Admissions Area by clicking on Bulk Update Admissions.
Then select Admission - Status under Student Attribute, tick against the student name and select 9 -Enrolled, then Update to save.
Alternatively you can change this on their exended tab, under Core Information.
When you next run the report, the student will now appear.
