When I click on a column header in custom report it isn't sorting?

You may need to clear your browser's cache. To do this go into the three small dots in the top right of your google Chrome window, click More tools and then Clear browsing data... Finish the process by clicking Clear data and reopening your ScholarPack window. If that doesn't fix the issue for you then try contacting your local IT or support@scholarpack.com
