A member of staff is not receiving emails sent to them

A member of staff is not receiving emails sent to them

There are number of reasons this may be happening. First off, check that the email address is correct plus edit any areas where the address is and check that there are no spaces before/after the address.

Advise the staff member to check their spam to see if emails are going there. This can be rectified by adding that email address to their contacts, thus whitelisting the address.
