A student contact's postcode is not showing in the comms area, but they have an address entered?

Make sure that in the contact has an address entered by clicking on the cog next to their name on the student profile, after you have clicked their entry to expand the details. If they live at the same address as the pupil you can change the Address As Pupil field to Yes and then click Save. This will also pull the postcode through to the comms area.
