Q: I have a parent who is not receiving text messages (SMS), can you help?
A: If you go to your Comms Logs in Admin>Comms
You are then able to check if the SMS was received. If there is a line through the telephone number it means there are no permissions allowed in the Contacts area of the Pupil Profile. If you can see that the SMS has not been received and you have double checked with the receiver - you can then call ScholarPack support on 01522 716049 or email email@example.com requesting us to check the number for you.
