Staff training courses are available in Admin > Personnel > Training Courses
If the staff member is not appearing in lists to assign to a course, you will have to check if they have a staff profile on ScholarPack, and then if they have a contract. Both are needed in order to be assigned to a training course.
If you go to Admin >Personnel > Staff and cannot find their name in the dropdown menu, then they will need a profile set up on ScholarPack.
If they have a profile, look to see if there is a contract entered for them here:
If a contract is missing you will need to input one, with the minimum requirement of a Contract Name, Start Date, Post Held and School Arrival Date. You will then find the staff member in the Training Courses area, under their Post Held section.
