Error 3100: Extended childcare hours have been entered where pupil is not in the eligible age range or year groups or does not have a valid 30 hour code

This error arises when a student has data in the Extended Childcare Hours section on their profile's Extended Tab, but no 30 hour code is entered.

The Hours at Setting will be the total number of hours the student attends your nursery each week. The Funded Hours is the 15 hours of free childcare available for all 3 and 4 year olds (therefore this figure cannot be higher than 15). The Extended Childcare Hours is additional funding the student may be eligible for from the Local Authority when parents are earning or expect to earn the equivalent to 16 hours at National Minimum or Living Wage over the coming three months. Any additional hours the parents pay themselves does not count as Extended hours. If the Hours at Setting is 30, and Funded Hours plus Extended Childcare Hours are both 15, then the student will need to have a 30 Hour Code, provided by the local authority. If the parent funds the additional 15 hours then the Extended Childcare Hours field ought to be left blank.
