Parent not receiving emails - what can I do?

 

Question - I have a parent who is not receiving emails sent from the school Comms, can you help?

Answer - Please call the support team on 01522 716049/or email support@scholarpack.com and we can check whether their email addresses are suppressed. This can occur if an email is marked as spam by the recipient. Our team can remove the suppression so the parent can receive emails, this will happen within 48 hours.
