Q: Why can I not see the print Icon on the EYFS Individual Student report?
A: This may be because there is an 'apostrophe' in the student's name. Some of our reports will not accept apostrophes - for the report to work and the Icon to be seen
Please go to the student profile and on the Extended tab, remove the apostrophe and save.
You will then be able to go to the report, create it and print. After you have done this, if you go back to the student profile and re enter the apostrophe, this will put all back to normal.
