How do I remove a checkpoints lock?

 

Question - I am trying to edit some baseline data and encounter a checkpoint lock advising me to contact an admin - how do I fix this?

Answer - 

  • First you need to locate someone at the school with admin access. This can be done by visiting Reporting > Reports > Staff (green tab) and then the "ScholarPack Users" report.
  • Secondly - someone with this access needs to then visit Admin > Config > Checkpoints Lock where they will be able to make the necessary amendments.
