Summative Assessment - Submission Checklist

  1. Ensure that all of your assessment data is mapped. An easy way to check this is clicking the ‘Validate’ button in the assessment template. This will highlight any cells that are not correctly mapped. We will not be able to import your data if there are values that are not mapped.
  2. Input assessments against the correct year group. The year group is the year group the student was in when they were assessed, not necessarily the year group they are in now.
  3. Please make sure all of your data is submitted in one assessment template.
  4. Make sure there are no former students in the the assessment template, it can only be used to import assessment data for current students.
