Unable to Access ScholarPack on One Computer


Question - My colleagues can access ScholarPack however on my computer I receive an error message - please help.

Answer - First please ensure in the address bar that you are using the correct link for your school this should look something like the below:



If this is correct and your colleagues can access the site this may indicate it is a problem with the computer you are using so we would suggest contacting your I.T. team for further guidance.
