If the student Search Bar has disappeared from the top right hand side of your Dashboard, check the user roles you have been assigned in case there was a recent change. Go to your staff profile and click on 'change password/roles'.
If you have either the Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant role then you will not be able to access student records, which means the search bar is removed.
Contact the staff member with the System Administrator user role (usually the Office Manager or School Business Manager) if you require greater access within ScholarPack. Click here for the list of Staff User Roles.
