I've changed a student contact's phone number, why does it not show on their profile?

 

Question - I've changed a student contact's phone number, why does it not show on their profile?

Answer - To change a student contact's phone number, click on the cog next to that contact's name, then the cog next to Phone Numbers. Here you can either edit an existing landline or mobile number, or Add New and input a new number. Click Save. When you go back to the front page of the student's profile you may find the new number is not visible. You will need to refresh the page by clicking on Home>Dashboard, enter the student name in the student search box top right of ScholarPack, then click on the cog next to the contact's name. The number can now be viewed.
