Question - Why are my historic on roll by date or attendance reports not showing accurate student numbers?

Answer - If you have only recently joined ScholarPack you may find that your off-roll students are not in their current academic year group, but remain assigned to the year they were in when they left your school. As part of the Year End process, ScholarPack automatically rolls all students up to the next academic year group, including the off roll students, which is necessary to run certain historic reports (e.g. Custom Attendance Report, or On Roll By Date Report). If you email support@scholarpack.com and request for off-roll students to be placed in their Date of Birth academic year group, our technical team can action this for you.
