ScholarPack Running Slow


Question - My ScholarPack seems to be running slow.  Please help.

Answer - You are able to check the ScholarPack status page using the below link to see if we are aware of any problems at present:

If this page shows no problems it may be worth liaising with your in house I.T. team to check that the internet is running as expected.

If the internet is running as expected but you are still experiencing problems with ScholarPack please do not hesitate to contact the Support Team on 01522 716049.
