Students are showing as having N codes but I can't find the codes.

 

If you have run the N Codes Report and can't see the codes, please check the Attendance tab of the student profile. If you can see no N codes for the student in the date range you are looking at on the report (if you are looking at previous years please run the attendance date range report on the right hand side of the tab) it may be that codes were entered before the entry date by accident. To confirm this, please email support@scholarpack.com with the student ID and we can look into this further for you.
