When I am running an N code report for students they are showing has having N codes but I can't find the codes please help.

 

Question - When I am running an N code report for students they are showing has having N codes but I can't find them please help.

Answer - First please check via the student profile on the attendance tab that you can see no N codes for the student in the date range you are looking at on the report (if you are looking at previous years please run the attendance date range report on the right hand side of the tab).  If you are still unable to see these it may be that codes were entered before the entry date by accident to confirm if you email into support@scholarpack.com with the student ID we can look into this further for you.
