I have recently migrated from SIMS and some of our staff members have not migrated to SP

 

Question - Why did some staff members not migrate over from SIMS to SP?

Answer - This is usually because the staff members in question did not have an NI number on their SIMS profile. Without this, they will not migrate and you will need to enter their details manually. Alternatively, you could try emailing migration@scholarpack.com with the details and we can see what we have in the extracts, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to get this data.
