Question - I used to be able to change other user's passwords, or take the registers, but it would appear I am no longer able to do this. Please help.
Answer - This may mean that your user roles have been changed. In order to change roles or passwords on ScholarPack you do require the System Admin and Admin role. To take the registers you require Teacher role.
To check who has this in your school please go to Reporting > Reports > Staff (tab) > ScholarPack Users. If you no longer have this access you may need to speak to another administrator in your school who does have these roles in order to give you these back.
When amending roles and adding multiple roles it is important to hold down CTRL (or CMD on a Mac) without selecting this it will only save the last role selected.
