Question - I can't delete a student, please help? It is saying there are attendance codes entered but I can't see any.
Answer - Sometimes attendance codes can be present in the background before the student's entry date or after their leaving date. This can happen when these dates are updated and attendance codes were entered beforehand.
We can check this for you and delete the codes if required as we need the request to amend you data in writing please email the query to support@scholarpack.com
