Question - I can't delete a student, please help? It is saying there are attendance codes entered but I can't see any. Also, it is saying I am unable to access this area to delete the student.
Answer - Sometimes attendance codes can be present in the background before the student's entry date or after their leaving date. This can happen when these dates are updated and attendance codes were entered beforehand. If patterns are set for a future student and they are no longer going to attend your school, you will have to go to Register>Manage Register - enter the students name in the Single Student area, then enter the dates to and from in 4 x week timescales and use the sum to remove the codes here. You may also be having difficulties because you do not have the access or role to do this i.e. system admin. See the attached link -
