Question - A former teacher has returned as a supply teacher but they can still login using their inactive account, why is this?
Answer - If the ScholarPack login has not been deleted prior to making a member of staff inactive, the login will still be active. Head to Admin>Personnel>Staff, select the staff member's name and access their inactive profile here. Click on Change Password/Roles, then Delete SP Logon. The login has now been deleted, so the staff member can only access ScholarPack via the daily Supply Teacher login provided.
