How can I input a long term absence for staff?

 

To input long term absence for staff, go to; Admin> Personnel> Staff

Select the staff member from the drop down menu

Click the cog next to Absence- in here you can choose the start and end date rather then fill it out a day at a time as you would in the manage staff attendance area.

Please note you need the Human Resources user role to see this.
