Question - I'd like to set up a login for a member of our Trust but they aren't on ScholarPack as a member of staff - what would be the best way to do this?
Answer - In order to create a log in for ScholarPack you will need to add a profile for this staff member via Admin > Personnel > Staff > Add New. To add a staff member it is only required to add first name, surname, date of birth and gender. Once added if a contract is not added to the profile they will not be included in your Workforce Census however you will be able to provide them with a log on for ScholarPack.
