I have entered new staff onto ScholarPack but it has placed them in the wrong categories on the Central Register, why is this?

 

Question - I have entered new staff onto ScholarPack but it has placed them in the wrong categories on the Central Register, why is this?

 

Answer - If you check the staff profiles, and click on the cog next to their contract, the Post Held will be causing the problem. Check you have the correct information in this field.
