Question - Why can I not change a student's contact to having the same address as the student?
Answer - This will be due to the student address not being entered appropriately, or having migrated over incorrectly. Click on the cog next to Address on the student profile and check the Country. If you have UK this is not recognised in ScholarPack, you will need to select United Kingdom from the dropdown. Once this has been saved, you will be able to set the contact as 'same address as student'.
