Question - I'm unable to print the A5 Index card from the student profile, why?
Answer - At present there is a technical issue when a student's name has an apostrophe, or accent. You can edit the name on the student's extended tab and remove the apostrophe or accent, save this and then you can print the card. Feel free to put this back how it was just ensure you remember this for next time
Our Technical Team are currently working on a resolution for this, so it won't be permanent, this is just a temporary workaround in the meantime.
