Thank you for contacting us - on occasion we receive requests to register and view Egress emails and other forms of authenticated communication.
If you'd like to contact us via secure communication, you have two options. The first is via our ScholarPack Support Centre by creating an account which can be done by the following:
- Visit https://support.scholarpack.com/hc/en-gb
- Click the "Sign in" button in the top right
- If you have a ScholarPack support account with us you are free to sign into this
- If you do not have a ScholarPack support account, create one by clicking the "Sign up" button:
- Be sure to create or login to an account tied to your school domain
- Once you're logged in, click on the "Submit a request" button in the top right
This is the first of our end to end secure options. The second is to use the chat option available to us within the product by clicking "Help" in the bottom right.
Please note if you receive your support from a third party such as North Yorkshire CC, Norfolk, etc. your options may vary. You can find these by searching our knowledge base or by contacting your support provider directly.
