Question - How do I report on allergies when they are recorded in the medical area and the dietary requirements?

Answer - You can see this using the blue custom report in Reporting > Reports > Students tab > Custom report (blue). 

On the report student name is selected by default. Simply click to include medical and dietary requirements along with any other data items you wish to include.
