If you go to Reporting > Reports > Staff (tab) > Scholarpack Users you will find a report that provides all staff usernames and their user roles (access areas on ScholarPack). ScholarPack does not store Passwords for security reasons. The full list of User Roles can be found here.
You are able to filter columns by entering a name or user role into the appropriate search box beneath the header.
For example, to find which staff member(s) have the System Administrator user role, enter Sysadmin in the SP Role search box:
The System Administrator role is necessary for setting up new staff logins, providing additional user roles to existing staff, or for setting up API data links with external companies.
This report will also provide you with the date and time the staff member last logged into ScholarPack.
