Question - We have some gaps in the register on holiday dates, how can we resolve this?
Answer - Head to Admin > Config > Core Setup > Holidays and check the holiday dates that have been entered. If no holiday has been set up for this particular holiday, enter it at the base of the page. The start date will be the first week day students are not in school, and the end date the last weekday before students return. If a holiday has been entered with incorrect dates, enter a new holiday period with correct dates, then delete the previous holiday entry. Holidays will close the registers, so it is important to enter all bank holidays and staff training days in addition to the main school holidays.
