How can we bulk delete former students, in line with our school's data retention policy?

If you wish to delete in bulk former students who are over a certain age (e.g. 18 years old, or Date of Birth greater than a specific date), please can your Head Teacher email support@scholarpack.com from their Head's email address to request this. Our Technical Team can then remove this data in bulk for you.

Please note: once this data is deleted, it cannot be reinstated.
