Error 4012: The number of hours of tuition must be provided and be greater than zero for pupils recorded as in receipt of school led tutoring.

This Error will arise when a student is flagged as receiving School-Led tutoring on their Extended Tab, but have no hours assigned to them. 

If you go to the student's profile, on the extended tab, check if any hours need to be entered, or change the entry to show they are not in receipt of the tutoring.
