A new student who started today is not in the Data Export to ParentMail (or Tucasi, etc), why is this?

If you are not seeing a student who started today appear in a data export please be aware that there is a slight delay with new students appearing in the data export. The student is currently still in the Admissions area but will leave there the next day and then will be in the data export.
