COVID-19 - FSM Supermarket Vouchers

We have built an export to help schools generate an email list that can be used in conjunction with a supermarket to send free school meal vouchers to eligible parents. 

Please note the following: 

The export includes all contacts of pupils that are currently eligible for Free School Meals that are listed as contact order 1 and 2.

If you would like to issue only one voucher per pupil please go through the spreadsheet and delete any rows as necessary - if this is the case it is important there is only one email address per pupil. 


To generate this export: 

Go to Admin > Config > Date Exports and select "FSM Eligible Student Contact Details sp_supermarkert_vouchers.csv"


Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Generate CSV." 

Open the spreadsheet and delete any rows that are not necessary. To do this right click on the number of the row to be removed and click "Delete": 


Delete columns A-G before sending the data to a supermarket (they do not need to see pupil level data). To do this right click on the column header and click delete

Make sure you save the updated version of the spreadsheet so you can use this again to generate any additional vouchers for parents as required
