The API, which sends your ScholarPack data to an external data integrator, is disabled between the times of 08.45 to 09.15 and 12.45 to 13.15. This is to reduce load on the servers whilst registers are being taken, to reduce access issues within ScholarPack. If an extraction is attempted within these times, Error 429 will be received.
The data integrators are aware of this schedule, but should an extraction be made within those times, the error is only temporary and will not be received once an extraction is made at a different time.
