Do the documents we've uploaded on the students profile get transferred in a CTF when the student moves school?

Documents are not included in a CTF, there is not a way to transfer these through ScholarPack.

You would need to liaise with the school and first find out if they need these documents and secondly how they want you to send it to them securely.
