Error 2380: Where dwelling is present at least one of: street, locality, town, administrative area or post town must be shown.  

 

This error arises when the student's address is missing essential information. The address must contain a town, street, county, postcode and country.  The DfE requires the country to be set to United Kingdom not England. 

 

On the student profile, click on the cog next to address on the left side of the front page, and edit or enter the information required.
