The Blue Runner Report is available for those schools who use Chartwells Catering Services. Go to Admin > Meals > Blue Runner.
If you don't see the report here, please contact your Support Team:
- If your school is supported by ScholarPack directly, click the 'Contact Us' button in the top right of the Help Centre
- If your school uses a Support Partner, please contact them. Click their name in the top right of your ScholarPack above the search box, for their contact details.
Please see the below guidance on how the numbers are calculated in this report:
- Daily Attendance Totals - A count of all meals taken
- Primary Adult Lunch Paid - A count of all adult meals with a charge greater than £0.00
- Primary Adult Lunch Free - A count of all adult meals had with a charge = £0.00
- Nursery Full Rate - A count of all Nursery students who has had a meal that are not entitled to Free School Meals.
- Nursery Full Free - A count of all Nursery students who has had a meal that are entitled to Free School Meals.
- Key Stage One FSM - A count of all students who has had a meal in Years Rec, 1 or 2 and are entitled to Free School Meals.
- Key Stage One UFSM - A count of all students who had a meal in Years Rec, 1 or 2 and are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals, but not including any students who are in Year Rec, 1 or 2 who are entitled to Free School Meals.
- Key Stage Two Full Rate - A count of all students who has had a meal in Years 3, 4, 5 or 6 who are not entitled to Free School Meals.
- Key Stage Two Free - A count of all students who has had a meal in Years 3, 4, 5, or 6 who are entitled to FSM
- Key Stage Three Full Rate - A count of all students who has had a meal in Years 7, 8 or 9 year in who are not entitled to Free School Meals.
- Key Stage Three Free - A count of all students who has a meal and their Years 7, 8, or 9 and are entitled to Free School Meals.
- Packed Lunch Full Rate - A count of all students who has had a meal that is flagged as not provided by the school and is not entitled to Free School Meals.

Packed Lunch Free - A count of all students who has had a meal that is flagged as not provided by the school and is entitled to Free School Meals or Universal Infant Free School Meals.
