Build an Incident Form

ScholarPack doesn't include a tool for creating incident form templates, but there are other ways you can record incidents on a student's profile.

1. Import one into ScholarPack

The first is to use an externally-generated document to record the incident, which you can then upload to ScholarPack either as a digitally completed file (e.g. a filled-in Word document, PDF, OpenDocument etc.), or as a digital scan of a completed paper copy.

To upload a document to a student's profile, navigate to Student Profile > Ancillary tab > Student Documents > Upload.

Once you've uploaded your document, you may like to signpost/explain the document in the Notes section of the student's profile.

You can add notes back on the main profile page by clicking on the white cog next to the "Notes" heading:

2. Incident Report Function

The second and final method for recording incidents on student profiles is to use the built-in incident report function.
