Error 1763: Periods of free school meal eligibility that ended before or on the previous census day or after the current census day should not be included in the return.

This error occurs when the Free School Meal period date is not between the right dates.

1. Go to the Student Profile.
2. Click into the extended tab and look in the Further Information section.
3. Under 'Is ......eligible for Universal FSM?' , click on the Manage tab.
4. This will then take you to the Free school Meal information table.
5. Check the dates entered.
6. If you need to edit the entry, click Edit then Delete as you cannot amend dates for FSM period.
7. Add a new period.
