A former teacher has returned as a supply teacher but they can still login using their inactive account, why is this?

If the teacher's ScholarPack login was not deleted prior to making their staff profile inactive, the login attached to the profile will remain active. You should delete the login profile by heading to Admin > Personnel > Staff:




Select the staff member's name form the list in order to load their profile. In the top-left of the profile, click on the text that says Change password/roles:


On the interface that loads, scroll down past the list of permissions and click on the "Delete SP Logon" button:


The login profile will now be deleted, so the staff member will only be able to access ScholarPack via the daily Supply Teacher Login provided. You can reset and reconfigure the Supply Teacher Login credentials by going to  Admin > Personnel > Supply Logins:
