Although there isn't a dedicated report to show non-sickness staff absences, you can find out what non-sickness absences a staff member has had as part of their overall absence record.
To run the Staff Attendance Report, head over to Reporting > Reports > Staff tab > Absence.
On the report parameter selection screen, enter the date range you wish to look at, and then select the "Attendance by" option to Episode, and then click Choose:
Once the report has loaded, click the Surname header to order the report by staff member, and this will group the episodes for each staff member together so that you can gain an insight into which staff members have had non-sickness absences:
