This census Query will arise when an 'E' code is showing in the student's attendance record, for the period the census is looking at, but no Exclusion has been entered in the Conduct tab of the student profile.
On the student's profile, go to the Attendance tab, then click on the Attendance Date Range report. Enter the dates that the census is looking at for exclusions
For any date with an E code entered for attendance, there needs to be a corresponding exclusion entered on the student's Conduct tab. The exclusion dates and number of sessions involved will need to tally.
